Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you need to return something, we're here to help. Here's what you need to know:

• Returns will only be accepted if the product is purchased from www.monelusa.com and must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• To return an item, you'll need to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Sorry, without one we will not accept your return. Sending a return is at your own cost.
• For the fastest processing of your return request an RMA via email at info@monelusa.com.
• Please be sure to provide your order number and proof of purchase with your return request. 
• Returns must be unused and in original packaging including all hangtags and labels. Products that have been washed, modified, damaged, or used (hereunder smell of e.g. perfume or cigarettes) will not be accepted. Package the unused product well before returning it. You are responsible for the product until it is received by Monel. Once your order is returned to us, by following the return process above, please allow for 3-5 business days for returns to be credited in full. We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes to you. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We do not offer exchanges. Please log into your account and place a new order. 
• All clearance sales are final and are not eligible for returns.
