Monel size range is from XS – XL in women’s jackets, and S – XXL for men’s.

Backorders
Monel USA operates on a just-in-time inventory system. Backordered items require 7-14 business days to arrive from the manufacturer before shipping.
Shipping Options
Shipping costs are based on size and weight, with estimates shown at checkout. Processing takes 1-10 business days, depending on availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Important Notes:
- UPS Overnight orders are prioritized.
- Delivery estimates apply after shipping, not from the order date.
- UPS transit times are not guaranteed from November 1 to January 1.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items purchased from www.monelusa.com.
How to Return:
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email at info@monelusa.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Products that are washed, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your return.
- Exchanges are not offered; please place a new order.
